A1. Banded box squats: 5×3 @ 50-60% of 1RM back squat + band tension for speed
A2. Seated box jump: 5×4 for height
B1. Band/cable pull-throughs: 3×15
B2. Backwards sled drag: 3×12-15 steps heaviest possible
NOTE: If you do not have a sled, look a resistance band through a plate or two; the friction of the plate on the floor will mimic a sled.
