A1. Skater’s lunge: 4×16 (8 ea leg) for height and distance
A2. Single leg high skips (Super Marios i.e. same arm and leg driving up together): 4×5 ea leg for height
B1. Band/cable pull-throughs: 3×15
B2. Backwards sled drag: 3×12-15 steps heaviest possible
NOTE: If you do not have a sled, look a resistance band through a plate or two; the friction of the plate on the floor will mimic a sled.
