A. Box jump over + sprint to 50′ mark: 5 sets for box height and speed, rest as needed between
NOTE: Start 50′ away from a marker. Perform a box jump, completely clearing the box, then proceed to sprint to the 50′ marker as fast as possible.
B1. KB snatch: 4×8 ea arm heaviest possible
B2. KB OHS: 4×6-8 ea arm same weight as B1
* Do both B1 and B2 on one arm, then repeat on the other arm; rest between sets
