A. Broad jump + sprint to 50′ mark: 5 sets for speed, rest as needed between
NOTE: Start 50′ away from a marker. Perform a single broad jump, quickly settle the feet, and sprint through the 50′ marker as fast as possible.
B1. KB Clean: 4×10 ea arm heaviest possible
B2. KB Jerk: 4×10 ea arm heaviest possible
* Do both B1 and B2 on one arm, then repeat on the other arm; rest between sets
