A1. Banded vertical leap (red band attached to weight belt and heavy DB/KB/rack on either side of body): 5×4 for height (make each jump explosive)
A2. Vertical leap without bands: 5×6 for height and speed (remove weight belt with bands attached immediately after finishing A1; cycle the jumps quickly and be as explosive as possible)
NOTE: Move immediately from A1 to A2 and rest between sets as needed.
B1. KB snatch: 4×12 alternating heaviest possible
B2. Single arm KB OH squat: 4×6 ea arm heavy
