120′ shuttle sprint (20′ out and back, 40′ out and back)
5 TnG power cleans
5 Front squats
NOTE: Choose a weight where all 10 barbell reps are heavy but fast/touch-and-go.

B1. Plate external rotation: 3×10 per arm
B2. Band internal rotation: 3×10 per arm
B3. Band pull-aparts: 3×12-15
