A. DB snatch: 5×10 heavier than last week if possible (5 ea arm; alternating arms)

B1. Weighted strict pull-up: 4×4 @ 85% of heavy single
B2. Weighted dip: 4×4 @ 85% of heavy single

C. Prone weighted PVC pass-throughs: 3×10 for control/position (keep chest and chin on ground; just use shoulderblades to pass the PVC overhead)
