A. Banded deadlift: 6×4 @ 65-70% of 1RM deadlift + bands or chains
NOTE: Keep initial pull mildly heavy but lockout explosive.
B1. Skater lunge: 4×12 (6 ea leg)
B2. Bounding box jump + high jump: 4×2
NOTE: For B2, jump over a box, clearing it completely, then immediately jump off of both feet straight up as high as possible.
C. Hamstring/lower back mobility: 10 minutes
