A. Banded box squat: 6×4 @ 60-65% of 1RM back squat + bands or chains
NOTE: Keep initial drive mildly heavy but lockout explosive.
B1. Skater lunge: 4×16 (8 ea leg)
B2. Tempo front-rack split squat @ 3131: 4×10 ea leg same weight as last week
C. Hamstring/lower back mobility: 10 minutes
