50ft sprint to barbell
3 Power clean
3 Front squats
3 Shoulder-to-overhead
50ft sprint back to start line
NOTE: Choose a weight where all 9 barbell reps are heavy but fast/touch-and-go.

B1. Plate external rotation: 3×10 per arm
B2. Band internal rotation: 3×10 per arm
B3. Band pull-aparts: 3×12-15
