A. Barbell front-racked step-ups: 5×10 (5 ea leg) heaviest possible across all sets
B. Two-leg hurdles: Set up 4 objects to hurdle over in succession; jump over those objects with both feet and attempt to move through those objects continuously
C. Jumping back squats: 5×5 light/moderate (focus on perfect position and speed out of the bottom)
