A2. KB Snatch: 5×5 each arm heavy but perfect
A3. Depth jumps (starting on 20 or 24” box): 5×5 for quality and height (rest as needed between jumps and sets)
B1. Hanging scapular retractions: 3×10
B2. Cuban presses: 3×10
B3. Chin-over bar pull-up hold (pronated): 3×30 seconds
NOTE: If you cannot hold the full 30 seconds, accumulate the time over as many sets as needed.
