A1. Yoke carry: 5x20m heaviest possible
A2. Barbell farmer’s carry: 5×20 steps heavier than last week
NOTE: If you do not have a yoke, set up two racks 20m apart. Back rack the barbell and walk it from one rack to the other.

B. Bamboo bar overhead carry: 3x20m
NOTE: Use the same rack setup as the modified yoke carry suggested for Part A1.
