A. DB hang squat clean + thruster: 5×3 heaviest possible
NOTE: Each rep is performed with a DB in each hand. Perform a hang squat clean, bringing the DB’s from knee height to the shoulders and ending in a full squat. Stand fully, then perform a DB thruster. This concludes one rep.

B1. Strict shoulder press: 4×5 heavier than last week
B2. Pendlay row: 4×8 heavier than last week
