KB snatches (24kg/16kg)
NOTE: Males perform this test with a 24kg bell, females with a 16kg bell. KB snatches are from the swing, not the floor. You can switch hands as often, or as little, as you’d like. The goal is 150 reps in 5 minutes.

B1. Strict shoulder press: 4×4 heavy across
B2. Pendlay row: 4×6 heavy across
