A. Bulgarian Split squats: 2×8; 3×6 heavy (same weight across all sets ideally)

B1. Burpee pistol high jump (burpee into the pistol then jump straight up as high as possible; must jump off of one foot and land on one foot): 5×8 (4 each foot)
B2. Standing broad jump: 5×5 for distance (rest between jumps as needed)

C. Strict T2B @ 21×0 tempo: 3x Max reps (Don’t go to complete failure, save a rep or two in the tank)
