A. Power clean + push press, 3+1: Build to heavy for the day
B. Push jerk: 3×2 TnG at Part A weight (from racks)
C1. Box jump-overs: 4×4 for maximum height where you are able to laterally rebound from side-to-side
C2. 100m shuttle sprint (set up as a 20′ segment): 4 sets
NOTE: Complete C2 immediately after finishing last box jump of C1. Set up box next to the start of the shuttle sprint.
