A. Power clean + TnG push jerk, 1+2: 6 sets at last week’s weight
NOTE: Upon receiving the power clean, you must immediately go into the jerk. You must also touch-and-go the second jerk.
B. Clean pull + clean pull from below knees, 2+2: 4 sets 105% of Part A weight
C1. Bent-over DB/plate fly: 3×10 @ 20×2 tempo slightly heavier than last week if possible
C2. Lacrosse ball mobility in shoulders: 3×60-90s per arm your choice
