A. Power clean + TnG push jerk: Build to heavy double for the day
NOTE: Upon receiving the power clean, you must immediately go into the jerk. You must also touch-and-go the second jerk.
B. Clean pull from below knees: 4×4 @ 105% of Part A weight
C1. Single arm DB/KB press: 3×10 ea arm @ 20×2 tempo
C2. Lacrosse ball mobility in shoulders: 3×60-90s per arm your choice
