A. Power clean + TnG push jerk: 6×1 @ 90-95% of last week’s heavy
NOTE: Upon receiving the power clean, you must immediately go into the jerk. There is no resetting on the shoulders allowed.
B. Clean pull from below knees: 4×4 @ 105% of Part A weight
C1. Bent-over DB/plate fly: 3×12 @ 20×2 tempo moderate weight
C2. Lacrosse ball mobility in shoulders: 3×60-90s per arm your choice
