A. Power clean + TnG push jerk: Build to heavy for the day
NOTE: Upon receiving the power clean, you must immediately go into the jerk. There is no resetting on the shoulders allowed.
B. Every 20s for 8 sets:
1 Power clean + push jerk @ 85% of Part A
C1. Band single-arm lat pull-down (straight arm): 3×12 ea arm
C2. Lacrosse ball mobility in shoulders: 3×60-90s per arm your choice
