A. Front squats @ 32×1 tempo: 5×3 heavier than last week (by 5-10#) across all sets
B1. Hurdle jumps (jump over with both feet together): 4×4 hurdles
B2. Depth jumps: 4×5 for height
C1. Weighted Sorensen hold: 3x60s
C2. Unweighted GHD hip extensions: 3×20
NOTE: Drop the weight from C1 when time is up and immediately begin unweighted hip extension reps from C2.
