This week we will be testing certain elements and briefly lowering total volume of the accessory work.
A. Bulgarian split squats: 5×4 same weight as last week
B. Build to max height box jump
C1. Weighted Sorensen hold: 3x60s
C2. Unweighted GHD hip extensions: 3×20
NOTE: Drop the weight from C1 when time is up and immediately begin unweighted hip extension reps from C2.
