A. Bulgarian Split squats: 5×8 heavy (same weight across all sets ideally)

B1. Pistol stick jump-over: 5×6 (3 ea leg) for maximum height
B2. Box jump-over (must clear box): 5×5 highest possible (rest as needed between jumps)

C1. Weighted Sorensen hold: 3x45s
C2. Unweighted GHD hip extensions: 3×20
NOTE: Drop the weight from C1 when time is up and immediately begin unweighted hip extension reps from C2.
