A2. Sprint 50m: 4 sets immediately following A1
NOTE: Alternate A1 and A2. As soon as you finish the 50m sled drag sprint 50m back to the start line.

B1. Russian KB swings: 4×10-15 heaviest possible
B2. Single leg bounding + box jump (jump for distance from right to left foot, then from left to right foot, then step into a standing box jump for height): 4 sets immediately following B1
