A1. Forward-facing sled drag 50m: 4 sets heavy but continuous
A2. Sprint 50m: 4 sets immediately following A1
NOTE: Alternate A1 and A2. As soon as you finish the 50m sled drag, turn and sprint 50m back to the start line.

B1. Russian KB swings: 4×10-15 heaviest possible
B2. Standing broad jump: 4 sets immediately following B1
NOTE: Alternate B1 and B2. As soon as swings are complete, drop the KB and perform a forward broad jump for maximum distance.
