A. Sprint + lateral broad jump, 5 short steps + jump: 5×4 resting as needed between
NOTE: Each “rep” is 5 quick sprint steps followed by a lateral broad jump for maximum distance. Start with a jump to the right, rep 2 will be a jump left, etc. The goal is to hit the last sprint step, immediately jump, and upon landing immediately begin the next set of sprint steps.

B1. Jumping lunges (unweighted): 5×8 (4 ea leg) for height
B2. Back-racked step-ups: 5×4-6 ea leg heavier than last week

C. Hip mobility
