A. Shuttle sprint (50′ out and back) + triple jump: 5 sets resting as needed between
NOTE: Sprint out 50′ and back to the start line. Plant feet, turn and immediately go into your triple jump. Goal is speed and maximum distance.

B1. Single leg box jumps: 5×5 ea leg for height
B2. Seated box jumps: 5×5 for height

C. Hip mobility
