A. Sprint + reverse broad jump, 5 short steps + jump: 5×4 resting as needed between
NOTE: Each “rep” is 5 quick sprint steps followed by a broad jump backwards for maximum distance. The goal is to hit the last sprint step, immediately jump, and upon landing immediately begin the next set of sprint steps.
B1. Single leg box jumps: 5×5 ea leg for height
B2. Back-racked step-ups: 5×5-7 ea leg same weight as last week
