NOTE: For this, perform 5 Russian swings, immediately place the KB down and go directly into a broad jump for maximum distance.
B1. Jumping back squat: 5×5 for height; heaver than last week
B2. Back-racked step-ups: 5×4-6 ea leg same weight as B1
C. Hip mobility
