NOTE: For this, perform a broad jump, land softly, and immediately rebound into a bunny hop for maximum height. This is similar to a depth jump where you are immediately changing direction from horizontal to vertical.
B1. Jumping back squat: 5×5 for height; heaver than last week
B2. Russian KB swing: 5×8 heavier than last week OR 5×12 at last week’s weight if you cannot go heavier
