A1. Vertical jump wearing weight vest (20-40#): 5×5
A2. Vertical jump unweighted: 5×10
NOTE: Take your time on the A1 jumps and focus on maximum height; immediately remove the vest for A2 and focus on speed through the 10 jumps there.

B1. Seated box jump: 3×5 for height (take your time between reps and sets)
B2. Skater lunge: 3×10 (5 ea direction) for height/distance
