A. Agility ladder work 15-20 minutes: Choose from a series of single and double leg exercises that are challenging for you

B. Hurdle jump (set up 3 boxes in a row): 4 sets
NOTE: Set up 3 boxes in a row with space between. Jump over the first box (clearing it) with both feet and immediately rebound and jump over the next box. Rest as needed between sets.
