A1. Shuttle run (standard cone distance): 5×2 full shuttles (right, left, back through middle)
A2. 40yd dash: 5 sets for fastest time possible
B. Hurdle jump (set up 3 boxes in a row): 4 sets
NOTE: Set up 3 boxes in a row with space between. Jump over the first box (clearing it) with both feet and immediately rebound and jump over the next box. Rest as needed between sets.
