A1. “Big square” single leg plyometric jumps: 3 sets counterclockwise each leg
A2. “Big square” single leg plyometric jumps: 3 sets clockwise each leg
B. Agility ladder bunny hop forward/back: 4 lengths of ladder
NOTE: For this, jump two squares forward and one square back working your way through the ladder. If you don’t have an agility ladder, make one on the ground with tape or chalk.
C. Single leg pistol high jump: 4×5 ea leg for height
NOTE: This is a single-leg squat into a high jump; jump off of and land on the same leg for 5 reps.
