A2. Forward sled drag 50m: 4 sets immediately following A1
NOTE: Alternate A1 and A2. As soon as you finish the 50m sled drag turn the sled and sprint with it forward 50m back to the start line.

B1. Russian KB swings: 4×10-15 heaviest possible
B2. Seated single leg box jump: 4×4 ea leg alternating legs (8 total)
