A1. Backwards sled drag 50m: 4 sets heavier than last week
A2. Standing broad jump 50m: 4 sets immediately following A1
NOTE: Alternate A1 and A2. As soon as you finish the 50m sled drag turn and broad jump 50m back to the start line.
B1. Russian KB swings: 4×10-15 heaviest possible
B2. Step-in box jumps: 4×5 for height (take one running step in then plant and jump onto box)
