A1. GHD sit-ups: 4×15-20
A2. Superman hold: 4×45 seconds

B. Spiderman stretch: 2 minutes each side
C. Couch stretch: 2 minutes each side
D. Heart opener/puppy dog stretch: 2-4 minutes
E. Scorpion stretch: 2 minutes each side (add in shoulder opener with same side arm)
