NOTE: Keep initial pull mildly heavy but lockout explosive.

B1. Skater lunge: 4×14 (7 ea leg)
B2. Tempo front-rack split squat @ 3131: 4×8 ea leg

C. Hamstring/lower back mobility: 10 minutes
