A1. DB snatch: 4×10 ea arm
A2. Box jump-overs (30″/24″): 4×10 for speed
NOTE: DB snatch must be unbroken 10 reps ea arm

B. Sled push ladder: 4 sets, 10 steps each weight for 3 different weights
NOTE: For this, you will start with the heaviest weight on the sled. You will perform 10 steps, then remove one plate from the sled. Perform another 10 steps, then remove another plate. End with 10 more steps at the final, lightest weight.
