B. Push jerk from racks: 4×2 @ 80-85% of last week’s heavy (make it smooth)

C. 2 sets as fast as possible of:
8 DB snatches (75#/50#)
Farmer’s carry 50′ down and back (2×75#/2×50#)
6 Jerks (225#/145#)
* Rest as needed between sets
