A. Front squat @ 22×1 tempo + front squat, 1+3: 4 sets heavier than last week across
B1. Stripper squats: 4×6-8
B2. Lateral box jump-over + box jump, 1+1: 4 sets
NOTE: For B2, clear the box sideways, land, jump while turning and land on top of the box. The second box should be higher than the first.
C. Hip mobility: 10 minutes
