B. Front squat + push jerk, 2+2: 4 sets at Part A weight (taken from racks)

C. 3 sets as fast as possible of:
3 DB burpee box step-overs (70/50#; 24/20″)
12 Burpee box jump-overs (unweighted; 24/20″)
* Rest as needed between sets
