B. Front squat + push jerk, 1+3: 4 sets at Part A weight (taken from racks)

C. 3 sets as fast as possible of:
4 DB Burpee clusters (55/35)
12 Lateral box jump-overs (30″/24″)
* Rest as needed between sets
